When a property is listed in the "traditional" way, it is placed on the multiple listing service (MLS) - a gigantic database of homes that most people use to look for a home.  Statistics tell us that about 85% of home sales involve using the MLS system to match buyers and sellers.

   On the MLS, a home is literally exposed to thousands of Realtors and other buyers.  For sellers, this is great news. Unfortunately, for buyers, it's difficult to find new, exciting buying opportunities.
